Return and Exchange Policy

Your skincare journey matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help you find a product you’ll love.

 

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• If you’ve used a product and experienced a reaction, we’ll gladly exchange it for another product or store credit.

• Exchanges may be made for store credit or a different product of equal value.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

• Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
